Your neurodivergent big sister has entered the chat
What’s a text you wish someone would send you on a hard Tuesday?
I’d want to receive one like this:
Hey. It’s really going to be okay. Yes, you’re super dysregulated and overwhelmed. The to do list exploded. Things are piling up and you just want to check out. Same. And…you know what to do. Go on a little walk. Shake out your arms and head. Drink some water. Go look at a tree or the sky. Look at something that makes you smile. You’ve got this.
Sometimes we just want to hear from someone whose been through similar parts of our story and they’ve got a little different perspective. We want them to remind us of what we already know, but it’s hard to access when our nervous system is upside down. Kind of a big sister vibe.
So I got to thinking.
What if you had a big sister in your pocket? A neurodivergent-somatic-practitioner-who-thinks-you’re-amazing in your pocket, kind of situation?

That’s the idea behind The Big Sister Text List. It’s a little dose of encouragement, tenderness, humor, and “hey, I see you” delivered straight to your phone.
No elaborate morning routine required or journaling prompt you have to complete. God, no streaks to maintain.
Just one little message from me to you, reminding you that you don't have to abandon yourself to get through the day.
This is a seasonal offering, open to anyone who wants a little more tenderness, perspective, and someone cheering them on.
No membership required. Just sign up and you’ll get a daily text at 8:00 am Pacific.
I’m starting it this fall, and I’d love for you to be there. See you September 1!

Consider this your big sister sliding a note under your door.
“Psst. I made you something.”
This is for you if...
- You’re tired of constantly trying to become a better version of yourself.
- You’re learning to listen to your body instead of overriding it.
- You’re questioning the old rules about productivity, performance, perfection, and being “good.”
- You’re a little too good at taking care of everyone else.
- You’re learning that boundaries aren't mean.
- You’re realizing that your nervous system deserves a seat at the table.
- Or you just want someone in your corner saying: Hey. Slow down. You’re okay. Let’s figure this out.
With big love,
Jenny
