Work with Jenny
1:1 Sessions
Sometimes you want a little more space to explore what's happening inside you.
Maybe something in your life has changed. Maybe you're carrying something you don't quite have words for. Maybe your body keeps saying no while your brain keeps saying yes. Maybe you've spent so long paying attention to everyone else that you're not quite sure what you want anymore.
Or maybe you simply have a sense that something in you is asking to be noticed.
That's where our work can begin.
Our conversations are spacious, curious, embodied, and grounded in your actual life. We might talk. We might notice what's happening in your body. We might laugh, cry, wonder, make connections, sit in silence, or follow something unexpected.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly articulated problem.
You don't need to know what you need.
And you don't need to perform.
My role isn't to tell you who you are or give you a plan for becoming someone different.
I'm here to help you listen—to your body, your emotions, your wants, your boundaries, your memories, your questions, and the parts of yourself you may have learned to push away.
Over time, that kind of listening can become self-trust.
You may begin to recognize your yes and your no.
You may become more comfortable feeling what you feel.
You may understand yourself with more tenderness.
You may find yourself taking up a little more space, protecting your energy, receiving love, making something, wanting something, or simply feeling more alive.

This work is especially for you if...
- You feel out of touch with yourself and want to find your way back.
- You are curious about parts of yourself you've been afraid, ashamed, or unsure how to approach.
- You are tired of being self-aware without actually feeling connected to yourself.
- You're moving through a transition, loss, relationship change, or season of becoming.
- You are learning to notice what your body is telling you.
- You want to understand your emotions rather than constantly managing them away.
- You're beginning to wonder what you actually want.
- You want a place where you don't have to have the right answer.
- Something in you is saying, “There has to be another way.”
What I bring
I've spent more than two decades accompanying people through complicated inner and outer lives.
My background includes pastoral care, spiritual direction, somatic practice, trauma-informed work, Internal Family Systems, and inner-child work. I've also spent years learning what it means, personally, to move from performance toward a more embodied life.
I don't sit outside your experience as an expert on you.
I'm a human sitting beside another human.
I bring curiosity, reflection, questions, perspective, and practices when they're useful. And I trust that you are the person who knows your own experience from the inside.
My job isn't to tell you who you are.
It's to help create enough space for you to hear yourself.

A single session or a season of support
60-minute individual session · $175
Sessions take place virtually or in person in Salem, Oregon.
You don't have to commit to a package or decide how long we'll work together.
You might come once with something you want to explore.
You might come for several months while you're moving through a particular season.
Or you might return from time to time when life asks something new of you.
Not sure whether working together feels right?
You're welcome to begin with a free 20–30 minute vibe check call. It's simply a chance to meet, tell me a little about what you're looking for, and see how it feels to be in the same space.
You don't have to know exactly what you need.
You can come with a question. Or a feeling. Or a body that's tired of being overridden.
You can come with grief, curiosity, anger, joy, confusion, numbness, longing, or something you can't name yet.
You can come because some part of you is beginning to wake up.
