Can I text you this fall?
61 tiny texts. One big sister. Your morning text from someone who gets it. Join our Big Sister Text List!
There are so many things I write in our monthly essays that I wish I could somehow slip into your pocket and hand you right when you need them.
The reminder that you’re not failing.
The permission to stop pushing.
The little nudge to notice what your body is saying.
The reminder that you don’t have to figure everything out today.
The truth that you’re not alone in this neurodivergent haze.
The reality that your capacity shifts—and how frustrating it can be when you can’t seem to make yourself do what you know you can do.
I can’t know exactly when you’ll need those things.
But I can send little pieces of them your way.
So this fall, I’m trying something new: the Big Sister Text List.
Each morning around 8:00 am Pacific, you’ll get a short text from me designed to feel like a little nudge on the shoulder from someone who gets it.
Some tender neurodivergent wisdom. Some somatic invitations. Some humor. Some reminders that you are, in fact, a human being living through a bumpy seasonal transition while inhabiting a highly sensitive nervous system.
In other words: a little thread of connection from me to you, right in the middle of your ordinary life.
September 1 - October 31.
$25 for 61 texts, written and curated by yours truly.
If something in you feels curious about this, I’d love to have you join us.
See you on September 1. 🤍

P.S. If you’re a paid subscriber around here, the text list is included! Message me at thegentleway@proton.me and I’ll get you all set up.
