Book a Gentle Way Session
A place to slow down, make sense of yourself, and get curious about what's happening inside.
A place to slow down, make sense of yourself, and get curious about what's happening inside.
You don't have to arrive with a goal.
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong. You don't even have to know what you need.
You can simply come as you are.
A Gentle Way Session is time set aside for you and me to slow down together and pay attention to what's happening inside you—your body, emotions, thoughts, stories, protective patterns, longings, and questions.
You might come with something specific that's been happening in your life. You might be navigating a transition, grief, overwhelm, a relationship, an identity question, or a decision you can't quite make.
Or you might simply have the feeling that something is happening inside you, and you'd like some company while you figure out what it is.
That's enough.
How we work
My work draws from somatic practice, nervous-system awareness, parts work, inner-child work, and decades of experience in pastoral care and accompaniment.
But you don't need to know anything about those approaches.
We might notice what's happening in your body. We might get curious about a part of you that keeps showing up. We might untangle an old story, sit with something painful, or discover that the thing you thought you needed to talk about isn't actually the thing.
I'll offer questions, reflections, and practices when they seem useful. We'll slow things down when there's more to notice.
I'm not here to tell you who you are.
I'm here to help you listen closely enough that you can begin to hear yourself.
Because I don't believe you are a problem to solve. I believe you make sense.
And I believe that getting to know yourself—rather than constantly trying to fix yourself—can change the way you move through your life.
Sometimes you'll leave with a new understanding, a little more room to breathe, or a different way of meeting something that's been hard. We don't have to force a breakthrough for our time together to matter.
Maybe you're wondering…
“I don't know what I'd even talk about.”
That's okay. You don't need a clear question, a goal, or a plan. We can begin with whatever is present, even if all you know is that something feels off.
“I've done a lot of work on myself already.”
You don't have to arrive with more insight, strategies, or things to work on. Sometimes it's less about figuring yourself out and more about having space to listen to yourself differently.
“I'm not sure I want to talk face-to-face.”
We don't have to. We can work through video messages, giving you more time to find your words, pause, and respond when you're ready.
“I'm not sure this is what I need.”
That's what the free vibe check is for. We can meet, talk about what's bringing you here, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. There's no pressure to book afterward.

What it can look like
We can work together through Zoom, Marco Polo, or in person, depending on what fits you best.
Some people want a focused conversation. Some want ongoing accompaniment. Some need a little more space between conversations.
We'll figure out the container together.
Gentle Way Sessions aren't psychotherapy, diagnosis, or crisis care. I'm not here to diagnose you, prescribe a solution, or hand you a five-step plan for becoming a better version of yourself.
This is relational and exploratory.
A place to be accompanied while you notice, wonder, feel, make meaning, and discover what feels true for you.
Choose your container
Some people love sitting down together for an hour. Others think and process better with more space between responses.
Neither is better. They're simply different ways of being accompanied.
Live sessions
60 minutes — $150
We meet on Zoom or in-person for an unrushed conversation with room to notice, explore, and follow what emerges.
3 sessions — $420
($140/session)
6 sessions — $780
($130/session)
Marco Polo
Asynchronous support — $200/month
Instead of scheduling a weekly appointment, we stay connected through video messages. You can send when you have something to share, and I'll respond within 24–48 hours.
This can be especially helpful if live conversation feels demanding, if you need more time to find your words, or if you want support that can move with you through your actual life.
You don't have to perform being okay at a particular time of day.
You can pause. Think. Come back. Respond when you're ready.
