Listen
I created A Gentle Return for people who have spent years overriding themselves in order to survive, belong, caretake, achieve, or stay safe.
This series grew out of my own journey with neurodivergence, faith, burnout, embodiment, and learning how to listen to my body with more honesty and compassion.
A Gentle Return is a gentle, nervous-system-aware audio experience designed for people who are exhausted from pushing, performing, overthinking, or trying to “fix” themselves.
For $27, you receive:
- A guided audio series you can return to anytime right here on this site
- Short, calming sessions designed to support regulation, grounding, and reconnection
- Gentle practices that help you come back to you body, emotions, and inner life without pressure or shame
- Language and support especially meaningful for sensitive, overwhelmed, neurodivergent, burned out, or spiritually weary people
- A slower, more compassionate approach to healing and self-understanding
- Permission to rest, notice, breathe, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace
Rather than offering more self-improvement strategies, A Gentle Return creates space for safety, softness, and sustainable healing. It’s meant to feel like a quiet companion for people learning how to come home to themselves again.

That’s completely okay. Many people listen while walking, driving, resting, drawing, or folding laundry.
Will this work for people in faith reconstruction?
Yes. While informed by contemplative and embodied spiritual traditions, this series welcomes people across a wide range of spiritual experiences and questions.
