You’ve been carrying so much for so long. On the outside, you look capable and steady—but inside, you feel overwhelmed, tired of holding it all together, and unsure how to find your way back to yourself.

You don’t need more advice or pressure. You need a space where your body can exhale, your story can be held with compassion, and you can finally hear your own truth again.

Welcome. You’re in the right place.

Let's Talk

I offer a gentle, grounded healing practice that weaves together somatic experiencing, internal family systems, inner child work, and a progressive Christian spirituality that honors your questions, your body, and your whole lived experience.

Here, you can explore the stories that feel heavy, understand the parts of you that feel stuck or afraid, and learn to feel safe in your body again. Together, we’ll create room for clarity, healing, and a life that actually fits who you are—not who you’ve been trying to be.

If you’re longing for softness, depth, and a pace that honors your nervous system, this is a place where you can breathe, be seen, and gently find your way home to yourself.

Make It

Your story matters.

You might find soul care helpful if you’re

  • Feeling burned out, anxious, or spiritually exhausted

  • Deconstructing or reimagining faith and want a safe place to talk about it

  • Neurodivergent and looking for support that honors your rhythms and ways of being

  • Healing from religious harm, trauma, or grief

  • In a season of transition — changing jobs, relationships, or identity — and wanting clarity or calm

  • Longing for meaning and connection after a time of disconnection

  • Simply ready to listen to your own soul again

Whether you’re deeply rooted in faith, questioning it all, or somewhere in between, this is a place where your story belongs.

 FAQs

  • Soul care is for anyone who’s longing to feel more whole, grounded, and at peace — no matter your background, beliefs, or relationship to church.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t even have to know what you believe. You just have to be curious about what’s happening inside you and open to being met with gentleness.

Soul care offers a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what’s sacred — whatever that means to you.

  • A soul care session is an hour of intentional presence — a pause in the noise of everyday life.
You’ll be invited to slow down, notice what’s stirring in you, and listen for the wisdom already within.

Each session is unique, but may include:

    * Quiet grounding or breathwork to help your body settle

    * Reflective conversation about what you’re noticing, feeling, or questioning

    * Gentle invitations to connect with your values, spirituality, or sense of meaning

    * Tools for nervous system regulation and emotional self-awareness

    * Silence, imagery, or prayer (if that’s part of your language)

⠀The tone is slow, curious, and collaborative. We follow what feels alive for you that day.

  • Soul care is not therapy, not pastoral advice, and not religious counseling.

It’s a form of spiritual accompaniment — rooted in listening, embodiment, and care for your inner life.

    Soul care

    • Explores the meaning, belonging, and the spiritual/emotional dimension of life.

    • Focuses on presence, reflection, and gentle integration

    • Welcomes mystery, questions, and evolving beliefs

    • Open to anyone regardless of belief system

    Therapy

    • Works with mental health diagnoses, behavioral patterns, and psychological change

    • Uses evidence-based interventions and treatment goals

    • Addresses trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues clinically

    • Must follow clinical and ethical licensing standards

Soul care can complement therapy beautifully — offering a sacred space to connect what you’re learning in therapy with your sense of self, faith, or purpose.

  • This space is neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and trauma-informed.
You can show up as you are — fidgeting, pacing, pausing, or processing in your own way. All of you is welcome here.
